Green and Gold Gala
What is the Gala?
The Gala is a dinner/auction where parents and friends can get together and enjoy a delicious dinner. During the evening you will have the opportunity to browse through many items that have been donated by area businesses and Westgate families. There will also be an oral auction where some very nice items will go to the highest bidder.
Join us and support one of our most important fundraisers of the year. The proceeds of the Gala are built into our annual budget and are SO important to financing the financial commitments the operation of our programs demand. Thank you in advance for your generosity, efforts, support, and encouragement!
Westgate Christian Academy came in to existence to give parents seeking a private Christian education a new option, a unique option, in St. Charles County. Westgate is non-denominational, and has achieved the status of “Accredited” with AdvanceEd – a world-wide, recognized, educational accrediting organization.
Westgate provides an excellent, challenging curriculum that prepares students to think and solve problems. Through instructional practices, students learn how to compete and cooperate while completing learning projects. While they are being prepared for successful experiences in both education and life, they daily live in an atmosphere where God’s love is lived out and shared by the adults and students around them. God’s love is also taught through His word and through weekly worship.
Tuition and fees do not cover all costs associated with having this program available. The Gala dinner/auction has become a part of our budget forecasting and we depend on these funds to help meet the school’s operational budget.
