Tuition Assistance
Westgate Christian Academy operates on a very small budget by people with big hearts. It is our desire to see every child have the opportunity to hear the Good News of Christ as they are learning to read, write, do math and other subjects. Even though Westgate leadership makes every effort to keep the tuition and fees as low as possible, some families want Christian education for their children but require financial assistance to pay the full amount of fees and tuition. Obviously, not every request can be granted, but every request will be judged fairly and compassionately.
When this is the case, parents may download and complete the TUITION ASSISTANCE REQUEST form. Instructions for completing the form are provided when you download the form. The completed form can be emailed, faxed (636-442-8001), mailed, or returned to the office personally.
Please note: the form must be completed in its entirety, including a copy of the previous year’s income tax forms, in order to be considered. Leaving any part of the information requested out of your request form will delay the process.
