Westgate supports its operation on the tuition and fees parents pay. There are no other official forms of support except the GREEN AND GOLD GALA dinner/auction, and other fundraisers conducted by our parents. It will be necessary for families to pay tuition and fees regularly and on time. The following is a schedule of applicable costs. Please note the annual registration fee is non-refundable. Also note, there is a 10% discount for the second child, a 20% discount for the third child, and a 30% discount for fourth and subsequent children enrolled. Additionally, there is a 5% discount to families who pay the entire year's tuition by August 1.

Parents must establish a regular schedule so appropriate staffing can be provided. However, extended care on a 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-day schedule is available. Cost per day is prorated based on weekly cost.
EMERGENCY CHILDCARE OPTION: If students are NOT enrolled in extended care but need childcare from time to time, we will extend services on a “first come, first served” basis. The cost will be $12.50 per day for BEFORE OR AFTER care and $15.00 per day for BEFORE AND AFTER care and students must be picked by 6:00 pm.
EMERGENCY HOLIDAY CARE OPTION: If students are NOT enrolled in extended care, holiday care is available on a “space available” basis for the cost of $30 per day and students must be picked up by 6:00 pm. Contact Early Childhood to check availability for a particular day or series of days. |

Extended Care Program
The extended care program for Cubs and Elementary is staffed with personnel who will structure this time for students and provide additional opportunities for learning as well as recreation. A snack will be served to all children who stay after school as a part of this program. Breakfast is available to children who arrive before 7:30 a.m.
Emergency Childcare Option: If parents are not enrolled in the extended care program, but find themselves in need of childcare from time to time, we will extend services to you on a "first come, first served" basis. Westgate must maintain an appropriate adult to student ratio during extended care. However, if we have room and you need care, we'll be happy to oblige. For families who are not enrolled in extended care, the cost for before OR after care only will be $12.50 per day. The cost for before AND after care will be $15 per day. Students may be dropped off after 6:00 a.m. and must be picked up before 6:00 p.m.
Emergency Holiday Care: For students not enrolled in the extended care program, holiday care is available on a "space available" basis for the cost of $32 per day. Parents seeking holiday care should contact the Early Childhood Department to check availability for a particular day or series of days.
